Agreement to Terms

By using the i-smrt™ device and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Product Purpose

The i-smrt™ product is intended for wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription services are subject to the following:

• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• •Pricing may change with advance notice provided to subscribers
• •No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Misuse of the platform, including sharing accounts or attempting to circumvent subscription restrictions, may result in account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

The i-smrt platform may only be used for lawful personal wellness purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the application or device.

5. Limitation of Liability

IVISTARA SMRTGRO PVT. LTD. is not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the i-smrt™ device or platform. The product is a wellness aid only.

6. Full Terms

Full terms of service are available within the i-smrt mobile application. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
